About Me

Life is filled with surprises, both good and bad. At times, those surprises change our lives drastically to a point where we need additional support, guidance, and compassion to help us move forward. My work with my clients is to provide a safe and supportive environment. My goal is to help my clients navigate through their emotional, personal, and relational difficulties to lead them towards a more fulfilling life. My ultimate goal is to collaboratively work with my clients to foster independence and personal empowerment. This will help them learn how to help themselves in future difficult situations.

My drive, authenticity, and compassion allows for my clients to feel connected with me and to see positive changes in their life. They have been able to finally put themselves in the driver's seat of their car and DRIVE with confidence and freedom from the negativity that was overpowering them previously.

As a wife, mother, daughter, step-mother, and friend, I understand the stressors that come from taking on these roles. This allows me to be able to connect and build relationships with my clients through the struggles they have endured in their life and help them maneuver through these obstacles to gain control back.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Pupil Personnel Credential and a Masters in School Psychology. I use a variety of treatment approaches tailored to meet the needs of each client. Examples of approaches I use are: Brainspotting, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Parent-Children Interaction Therapy.

I provide individual therapy, family therapy, and parenting support. I work with a variety of issues including: depression, anxiety, self-esteem, parenting issues,  trauma, relationship issues, and work/family-related stressors.
